A makeshift memorial of flowers has been placed outside a Sheraton Hotel March 13, 2005 after a New Berlin man, Terry Ratzmann, opened fire with a 9mm pistol killing eight persons, including himself, and wounding four others, police said in Brookfield, Wisconsin, March 12, 2005.
